Cassie Fakatoumafi

I have been in the real estate industry in Utah since 2012. I am also the new host of a lifestyle, culture and real estate show called "Selling Utah," which is part of The American Dream TV network. As a realtor, I’ve won awards and been recognized for top production multiple times in my career, but the thing I pride myself on most is providing an unparalleled real estate experience for my clients. My steadfast commitment to learning, growing, adapting, and innovating helps me thrive in this ever-evolving market of real estate. My approach is relationship-focused. I want you to feel like you’re my only client and that I’m here with you every step of the way, from our first conversation all the way to beyond the closing of a transaction. My primary aim is to cultivate long-lasting relationships, extending far beyond a single real estate deal. I want you to love working with me so much you refer me to everyone you know, and their friends and family too!

I serve much of the state of Utah including Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Tooele, and Summit Counties. My motto for years has been: “Will drive for work.” My skill sets include unmatched market knowledge, exceptional customer care (including property styling for sellers), adept negotiation techniques, and meticulous attention to detail. I have cultivated many successful partnerships and relationships with industry experts and together we have you covered in all things pertaining to buying, selling, and living in your home!

I am a mother of 3 children who I love very much! My favorite pastimes are spending time with my kids and extended family; going to the gym to lift weights, dance and workout; meditation and breathwork; walks in nature; spending time in and around water; singing and playing the piano; and traveling the world.
